For me, rendering went through all the time.
Now I happen to have an important piece of work; with lots of time sitting in it. And when rendering, it fails with

Edit: After a new start, kdenlive has lost its setting w.r.t. the interface (the default black one comes up), and - worse - loading the project crashes kdenlive: It loads the clips until about 100%, shows them briefly, then it crashes, shows briefly the 'Report Bug' / 'Restart' and then it is gone. Other projects load.
Now I'm afraid the project is lost. Or would there be a way to extract useful stuff from the project file? Like timings, etc.? The file exists and is readable.
I went through it and found a strange passage:
<producer id="black_track" in="00:00:00,000" out="00:51:34,820">
<property name="length">2147483647</property>
<property name="eof">continue</property>
This length looks like 2^31-1

With this edit, I think the version makes like difference; the timing looks corrupt. All other lengths have reasonable values.

Appreciate any idea!

I'm running the staple Kdenlive Version 19.12.3 on 20_04

Okay, incidentally found the existance of backup files. Loading the most recent one brought back most of my work.
Case closed.
[I never ever thought they existed. Make this an extra plus on kdenlive!]
