Avstream keeps crashing when i try to render,

i've been trying to find a solution to no avail. Any way to fix it?
im on win 10 home using version 20.12.2 of kdenlive

Try help -> reset configuration. Try again.
If this is not working delete the kdenliverc file and try again. See here https://community.kde.org/Kdenlive/Configuration. WIN+R copy %LocalAppData%\ in and press enter.
