I`ve learned and used Kdenlive very recently and, despite some bugs (Windows 10) , I think it`s a very promising editing software for professional narrative editing work - my major interest (I`ve been using DaVinci Resolve for 3 years).
I downloaded the render Prores and Matroska profiles (DNXHD ?), but as long as I know, all of them are full HD (1920X1080), including the clip transcoding possibilities.
But the render / export profiles mainly to 4K / Ultra HD to broadcast tv or Cinema display codecs are missing.
So I wonder if the 4k / Ultra HD broadcast exporting codec implementation is yet to be done in Kdenlive or I missed something?
I`ve had the impression that the general render / exporting options on Kdenlive should be improved.
