Whenever I move the Timeline Cursor (Playback Cursor), on my Windows 10 Kdenlive, I notice that it seems to be delayed. I also seems to not be moving at 60FPS, I would assume the value is 45FPS. Is this feature intentional? That the Timeline Cursor stays slightly behind your Cursor.
Information: Windows 10 MLT version 7.1.0 Version 21.08.2 Kdenlive (not Standalone download) GTX 1050 i7 8GB RAM |

never seen the cursor moving smootly (on Linux or Windows) .. do you have noticed a regression? on what version of Kdenlive for Windows do you have a fastest response from cursor?
BTW when anything on an interface(no talking about games or films) is over 30 fps it's supposed to visually doing (very well) is job this is what i see on my PC (not high end) with a GT710... Windows 11 and latest nightly build for Windows. ( https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kden ... 64-gcc.exe ) video: http://www.wcn.it/cursorspeed.mp4 btw you can try to completely remove Kdenlive from Windows using this post: viewtopic.php?f=269&t=172868 and try a new installation... try also to select the "OPEN GL" as "opengl backend" because the Nvidia are working better using OPENGL (background of titler tool is working..and graphical effects like spectrum equalizer are working) |
