I wonder if there's a reason for CineForm not being available as a format for proxies? I've been using it in Premiere as a proxy format format many years and to me it makes a lot of sense. It turned open source in 2017 and is intraframe for fast decoding (as opposed to the H.264 and H.265 variants).
