Hi,

I'm trying the 'Transcode Clip' function in Kdenlive v21.12.0

I'm transcoding a 4k mp4 file recorded on my phone using Filmic Pro to prores 422 HQ. However, when I click 'Start' on the dialogue, nothing happens in the progress bar.
A .MOV file does get created in the destination folder which contains only the audio, no video.
My pc is a low spec, AMD Ryzen 1300x, 24Gb RAM, nvidi GTX1030 gpu.

I'm guessing I need to install something extra to get the prores codec to work properly? But I'm not sure.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated,
