Do you see on the capture that the video once rendered is in black and white and does not occupy the whole screen (black background) ?

I saw it, but there's no way to know it's an error if you don't specify. I might want a video like that, black and white and in those proportions.

What render settings are you using?
Check if the Rescale is not enable.
Does that happen in Project Monitor?
Does that happen on other video players?

and i check "render with the preview resolution"
