i made a brush pack with 60 brushes, released under CC0.
resolution is 300 x 300 and bigger for the most, a lot of brushes are animated (.gih) too.

(i normally create game art and submit my art there, that is the reason that i have uploaded them there, the other reason is, that they can be used for game backgrounds / storyboard images too)
