You sure do like messing with brushes. I messed around with brushes quite a lot, especially the smudge brush engine. But I was too lazy to fiddle with creating brush tips and used to play with the texture settings and cutoffs. Seeing your brushes, I realized good brush tips can almost make textures redundant. And the good thing about your brushes is they are quite fast for the effects they produce, which if I had used textures to simulate, they would be nowhere as fast. I'm actually intrigued.

These days I only use Smudge brushes for blending, it's not work well with animated tips or textures (Smear mode especially). I more like control of normal pixel brushes.
I'm agree, it's good alternative to textures. In my opinion it's actually better in many ways. But it's limited in terms of tip form, I cannot make really good flat or bristle brushes. This is why I want Stacked brushes so much |

@Radian:
You forgot to mention you just relased new version of the Painting brush pack. https://share.krita.org/p/1171404/ I installed it in Krita 4 betaversion (latest one) and in general it looks and act fine except two (2) brush nibs (?) are missing. These are marked with small cross on them: -"15_Blender_Scribbles" -"21_Scribbles" I hope you will fix them on the release KRITA 4.0, right? |

Ah, I took wrong Scribbles then. My build have preinstalled Scribbles and my own one, probably later it got renamed. Thanks for letting me know, I'll update soon. Updated. |

Hi again, I checked it out, updated, etc.
But somehow problem persists (at least for me). Could you tell me which exact brush-nibs should I use for these two brushes I mentioned before? I think I can fix it myself in the brush-editor inside Krita. |

Weird, just checked on my system without unbundled brushes. Worked fine.
Brush tip for both is "Scribbles", looks like this: https://lut.im/q4XqTUOFQk/kRdFXNWinj9lVoFI.jpg |

Well... after installing most recent version (krita-nightly-x64-v4.0.0.51-686-g81d05bbfa8-setup.exe ) your brushes appeared flawlessly, in pure beauty.
So no problem anymore! Thanks a lot for taking time to check things out! Cheers. |

It was quite a long time since I updated the pack...
But I did it! Here is brand new version with many changes and many new stuff. Now brushes are grouped with names and icons, I hope it will be easier to use. Also now there is 3 bundles in the archive - Big, Medium and Small plus you get preset and brush tips files so you can install only the brushes you like. Download link: https://gumroad.com/l/osavB/freee Yeah, it's on gumroad. I planned to upload it on gomroad so people could support me a bit but turned out gumroad don't let to upload big files for free so I had to put 5$ on (files more than 10Mb is "big" for them ). With this "freee" link you can download them freely thought. Try them out and let me know if something is wrong. I think next update will be after Krita 4.2 release, with new Flow bunch of my brushes should become faster. |
