Here's a bundle with two animated bristle brushes. The stamps are animated to create a brush that goes from fine bristle details to full blocking depending on pen pressure. One is a kind of dry bristle brush, the other is more of a quick blocking tool. The block brush has rotation set to pen rotation, if your pen doesn't support this you'll probably want to change the sensor used to drawing angle.
The dry brush has become a real workhorse for me. I do find I need to adjust the scale of the pattern used depending on the size of the image I'm working on.Enjoy! ![]() The download link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0nYK ... ndvV2JYa2s |

I really like the second one! Looks pretty smooth, how much tips\layers you used?
It also works pretty fine with pen tilt rotation or drawing direction. I'm gonna basically recreate the same brush with some adjustments and add it to my brush pack, don't mind? I think animated tip depending on the pressure is very cool thing, I experimented with it last couple of days. Gonna update my brush pack in the next couple of days, maybe you'll find something useful for yourself? Also, small tip: don't use just hard rectangular as base, blur it a little and borders between each tip will be less noticeable and you could use bigger spacing (for better performance). |

Feel free to make a different version, radian! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
Thanks for the tip on blurring the brush outline, I'll try that out. Edit: oh yea, the layers... I think 10 or so? I can't recall anymore, I made these a while ago. |

Gonna say I've experimented with it but haven't come to something that satisfy me.
I guess I'll stick with my brushes until stacked brush feature will be done. |

Using animated brushes this way is definitely very laborious. If I make more, I think I'll automate the stamp creation somehow by creating the animated stamps with Natron or some other compositing software. That way it should be possible to bake a dual brush type deal into an animated stamp with less effort.
