Goal, to make users of Krita aware of what a bug is and what isn't, what the bug-tracker is for and how to help them avoid cluttering it with non bugs reporting. Is meant to give in a quick way an idea on how to proceed if experiencing problems with Krita, is not meant to have any specifics.
