I'm trying to recreate som of the brushes I like from procreate, but I'm struggling a bit and it might not be possible either since the attributes are different in the two programs.
I like to sketch on the ipad, but when I'm working on a bigger and more complex image I want to continue working on the pc since I work better on the big cintiq and with no layer restrictions. Here's a video of one of the brushes I tried to recreate. The settings I'm not sure I can recreate are these: - In procreate there's a brush mode called "glazed". When I paint using this setting the opacity of the stroke wont double up when the stroke goes over itself. It will only double if I lifte the brush and start a new stroke. - Grain/pattern. In krita it looks like the pattern tiles like a wallpaper on the canavas. But in procreate I can make it follow the stroke. Ive tried with dual brush, but can't make it look the same. There might be other settings too. Maybe someone here are mor brush savvy than me. Here's a video link to see what the brush looks like in procreate. https://vimeo.com/322618311 |

Ok, the glazed was just to turn of the flow setting (have to learn the krita terminology)
But for the masked brush (a very hard to explain) it seems like in krita the masked brush keeps on adding color to the stroke far behind the size (bounding box) of the main brush. |
