You're welcome! Happy New Year to all of you too! Actually, I'm pretty sure they're too technical for most users, who'll be content with all the great presets available. And most users probably want step-by-step drawing processes. Still, I think at least one technical-ish tutorial should be available as reference to what the different settings do.

Oh by the way, for the tablet users out there, there's something I need to ask:
- I use the "draw dynamically" mode to make smooth dynamics transitions. For example, if I set size to speed, draw dynamically makes the size transitions quite smooth.
- I need to know if this "smoothing" function also works with tablets.

If you set size to pressure, does "draw dynamically" also make your size transitions smoother, or will it still remain as irregular as your hand stability? I got a question by a tablet user on how to draw smooth lines. Since my next tutorial is on a few line brushes, I want to add in whether the trick I use can be used by tablet users or not.

Even with all three together, they're still simpler than the Pixel and Color Smudge Brushes individually.

By the way, question: would it be possible to enable assistants in the Drawing Dynamically mode? Right now you can only use assistants in normal brush mode. By using both together, it'd be possible to more smoothly place dynamics along a path.

Hm... I'm not sure how to implement that. I guess Lukas Tvrdy would know, though.

Does that seem too detailed? Since Krita is a complicated program though, I think it's useful for users to be able to locate specific content at a glance. Also, it shouldn't look that messy once it's been properly formatted, like:
- Basics ( Wiki version ) : Some of Krita's most useful interface features
(I can help with the code for the formatting if you want. The blog uses html right?)

Does anybody have anything else to add? Animtim, I tried to give more descriptive texts to your various video tutorials, but feel free to propose your own version. Same for everyone else: feel free to propose your own descriptions for the tutorials and resources. Anyway, I'm going to check the links now, please tell me if you find any mistakes. Edit: I checked all the links, they Should be correct now, but feel free to double-check.

First of all, THANKS a lot indeed (really!) for your tutorials.
They look quite professional and shed a lot of light about the different brush engines.

In my view, the documentation is already good and the Wiki is a great way to learn many tricks by way of all its links.

IMHO, it would be useful to have a list of all shortcuts available with Krita 2.6.
Once in a while, in this same forum, there are some users asking about the right shortcut to use for a tool.
For instance, for Gimp there is this list:

Needless to say, you can take a look at every shortcut by simply opening the different Menu (File, Help etc) on Krita
Nonetheless, having a list with all shortcuts would be faster (not to mention you might print this list in order to learn them by heart).

In this old post, the artist ALeXeY(akaNord3D) explained how to use the blend mode in Krita.

Since Krita appears as the open source software with the most impressive set of blend modes I am sure it would be nice to give them some credit

I really don't have time to make a list of shortcuts. I've already put off way too many other things to do my series of tutorials (four months guys, I've been at it for four months! Wait, my first tutorial was in September. 5 months guys! ), and after this I'm planning to take a break. If someone else makes a list of Krita shortcuts though, I'll gladly add it.

Aman Shah: Unfortunately, "Watch as many tutorials made for Other programs on car design" doesn't qualify as a Krita tutorial. Sorry. In fact, please look at those tutorials, and reproduce them in -Krita-, complete with screenshots of the work in progress and a picture of the final product (it must be something you do yourself by the way, not pictures of cars made by other people with other programs). Then we'll happily add it.

Also, feature requests are not tutorials, please don't mention them here, it derails the thread and is rather impolite. Please be aware that all the developers are very, very busy stabilizing features and fixing bugs for the upcoming release, so they don't necessarily have time to respond to everything.

(also, adding a feature or improving features takes time. I remember waiting 5 years for Gimp to add basic brush resize! In terms of improving features, ask yourself: if it were that easy, wouldn't the devs have done it already?)
