Yea, I will make this one a little bit fun, I will start this post with an image, and you guys will try to guess who is, what is, or whatever you think it might be. Every few hours or days I will add a new part of the image to give more hints. The one who says the correct answer will win. At the end I will post this as a tutorial with some descriptions about the tools used and techniques.
ps: I don't know if this is a good idea or if is wrong with the forum rules. I saw a post like this from Ramón Miranda (the girl with the bunny) and this idea came to my mind. So here the first image: Picture #1 Hints #1

I rather think it is some wedding picture, the woman seem to have a white dress. But who it is I have not a clue.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Ohh ok, but is not the same, the tool I use is more like a brush, I don't remember how is called in gimp.

Well, we have the deform brush which can also be used, but which has the disadvantage that it builds on the deformation, instead of recalculating the total change at the end of the stroke and then deforming the source pixels.
