Hey there..
I have downloaded the latest Krita release, and just played with the brushes to get used to it! I have to say.. thanks for this great release! It feels very good already! I have installed ubuntu again just to play with krita. Used windows a lot in the past. So here is the result of some random doodling. Just a question. Is there a way to wrap the image. So if I paint over the top border my brush continues at the bottom? Would be perfect to paint seamless textures. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1250100/krita/k ... tch_02.jpg |

Nice, strong image!
For your question -- it is subject of a Google Summer of Code proposal by a new student. We cannot divulge whether he gets his project, but if he does, he should produce not just an infinite sketching canvas, but also wraparound painting. |

Pretty good job. I like the use of the texture or pattern brushes.

This looks so much like Sean Tilley from Diaspora, it's scary...
