Just awesome! Your switch to ubuntu is a very good news, sure it works better PS: about your image hoster, that's strange, when I click the picture, it downloads a .exe file :[ Is it possible to see it in bigger resolution?

Awesome colors. I think you could sharpen some edges but I guess you did no have time for finishing it.Does krita works with GNOME? Or do You need to install some KDE liblaries? I wonder if it will detect pen pressure it it works one some kind of virtual kde envrionament...

Krita works just fine on gnome, but yes, it needs kde libraries. My advice is "just close your eyes when your package manager tells you all that unnecessary detail" . Pen pressure is handled by Qt. Ubuntu has a habit of breaking tablet support in Qt, but 12.04 actually seems pretty fine for everyone.

It also works very well in xfce4! (I've used in Ubuntu Studio 11.10 and 12.04). Ubuntu 11.04 has broken Qt so Krita won't work with Wacom tablet correctly out of the box unless you downgrade your X.Org packages.
