One more. This one I started some time ago in Gimp GPS, but I finished it (kind of) in krita today.

There's something about these that just makes me happy, although I'm having trouble putting my finger on it. I think it's the combination of cartoony characters, that have great design on them, and yet also pay close attention to realistic, three dimensional form. Love the DOF in the first one. It lets you get away without having a background and still look finished. :D

I think new windows wersion 7.6 seems not any faster, even bit slower. But then I downgraded to 2.4.7.5 and It seemd slower too (compared to previous install). Bit weird, maybe because I used 16 bit depth this time... But then converting back to 8 didn't seemed to help. Will test more soon.
