Classic fantasy with dragons completely made with Krita from scratch. Filling up 4 GB of internal memory was easy. I started to wonder why my computer was so slow. Undo is a wonderful tool so I think I'll have to buy more memory.

Thank you.
I mostly use two layers on top of the background. One for values (Saturation HSI), to inspect values, and the other for fresh paint. When I'm done and the result is pleasing I merge the fresh paint layer and start a new one allways keeping the saturation layer on top to switch values on and off. I have one little problem. When I paint Krita freezes for a second now and then. When working with details this becomes really annoying. It might be something in the system but it feels like it's only happening when I'm painting in Krita. Krita Version 2.5.2 KDE Development Platform 4.9.2 My hardware: CPU: Core2 E8400 Memory: 4 GB 800 mhz. GPU: Nvidia GT220 1GB |
