Krita fun

Mon Dec 03, 2012 8:45 pm
I'm new to both digital art and Krita, but so far it's been an enjoyable experience ;D
(and thanks to David Revoy for his tutorials/resources http://www.davidrevoy.com)

Image
This if my first image in Krita that's of a quality I'm happy with. There's a 1920x1080 version available here yourcyborg.deviantart.com

The below two are more of speed/WIP works.

Image
I'm most proud of the wings on this one. You can get some cool results by using sketch brushes and then going over with FX_color_HSY
Also, leaf brush!? :3

Image
This was almost solely made with sketch brushes. They are a lot of fun. The image was tilted to the right after completion, which I think is noticeable enough.

Mirror mode + sketch brushes is way too much fun. Thanks a ton for Krita! I'm looking forward to the next release!
