Oi vey, this took a while. I know for most it probably don't make sense but its a Swedish Athlete who kinda looks like Gollum. Its based on a classic photo of her... all done in Krita of course.

I don't own the image of course but it belongs to the magazine - I'm sure their ok with me posting it here but yeah.
