Very nice, I like the hair cut !
The overall picture is very well balanced, the different parts have the good rendering and the face expression is very expressive.

Works pretty well as a thumbnail. In bigger size i see it ok but maybe with a bit more detail the result would impress much more. For example the hair and the clothes. just my opinion.
