Hello everyone.
I'm glad to be part of the Krita community.

I just moved to Linux recently and this is my first Krita Painting.

Loving it so far.

I hope you like it ;)

No problem.

I'll try to be active in the foruns to help the development of this great app, since it's now my main working tool ;)

Hello Ramon. Sure, my bad.

My name is Pedro Pitéu and I'm from Portugal.
I have a bachelor in "Visual Arts: traditional Painting", but since I finished it I've been working as digital painter, mainly doing illustration and concept art.

Until now I've used photoshop for my work but last week I installed ubuntu and I've been using Krita only.

Here's my dA page: http://pyteo.deviantart.com/

And my Blog: http://pedropiteu.blogspot.pt/

Oh! If you're from Portugal, get in touch with Ana Isabel Carvalho and Ricardo Lafuente, of Libre Graphics Magazine (libregraphicsmag.com) -- and manufacturaindependente.org! They are a really inspired bunch and awesome people!

Thanks. I'm glad you like it.

No, I prefer to make the gradients with several brushtrokes. It gives the painting a more sharper, dynamic look.
