Thanks!

Just tried Krita for the first time yesterday and I have to say I'm a convert. It's a little slower than Paint Tool SAI is on my rig -- but oh the possibilities it opens up!
It's a perfect marriage between the texturing and touching up I prefer to do in Photoshop and the coloring and sketching/painting I prefer to do in SAI. It even has the best tablet support I've yet seen in a piece of art software. I'll definitely be using Krita for pretty much everything I do in the future. Thanks for this awesome piece of software!

The easiest linework I've done...

Wow! very nice... what tablet are you using?

I've recently discovered this fantastic software too, but with the bamboo I have some dificulties in order to draw in "clean lines" (it's a little hard to me drawing in a black surface while I'm watching the screen.. I just can't make a complete line in only one pass like I can do in paper).

Greetings!

PD. Sorry if I don't explain myself very well (my English is... let's say poor).

I use a Wacom Intuos PTK-640 (4 Medium, IIRC) and I know your pain! I upgraded from a Graphire 3 which I've had for many, many years and man was that thing cramped by comparison.

I mean look at it! That square indent in the center there is the drawing area for that thing.

Thanks! I think compared to that my bambo CTH-470 is a huge tablet! :D

I suppose I've to adapt to this with more and more practice.

Have you tried playing with the line smoothing options? That might help a lot in getting clean lines.

No, I haven't.
I'll try, thanks.
