Ice landscape + material studies

Fri May 16, 2014 12:56 pm
Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and Krita :)
I've started with graphics in 2007, where I used GIMP for mainly photomanipulations. Since around 2010 I've started experimenting with drawing in GIMP too, and now I'm actively painting.
I knew about Krita for some time now, but at that time there wasn't a windows version of it yet. I have Debian, but I'm rarely using it since I'm really used to windows.
I've tried GIMP, mypaint and Photoshop, but right now Krita is number 1 for me when it comes to drawing ;D

Here are a few material studies I've made with Krita:

And here is my latest finished drawing made with Krita:

Good work. You should change to Linux for stability. ^-^
