Hi everybody. Here I want to show you my first full painting with not only HDR painting, but also Krita itself. I really wanted to record it but I am really slow (and by slow I mean ehrr... sloow)

I used to do Painting in Sketchbook or [Pain]tToolSAI, then GIMP (which I had about 10 minutes between install and uninstall), then I tried the so famous Ps; which with little understanding, it was close to being my main program. But I kept myself searching and searching.

Then I saw this completely-unknown-and-never-heard-myself "Krita", and... with all the glitches, few bugs and rough looking stuff, became something easily survivable and is right now my favourite full painting program. I also loved the 16bit-float option and the OCIO engine; now I use them as default. Makes lighting and shading surprisingly easy to make correct when you finally get how light works...

For the first time (and surely forward) I only use a single program for the whole process from sketching, to the final postprocessed image.

So here is it:

Final result:

This was an OC art request so this artwork is under "Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License"
and I am here explicitly allowing Krita developers to use it for advertising as they want or not.

I hope you enjoy it.
