Dear krita community and devs,
first of all a big thank you to everyone engaged in the krita development The cover suggestion I composed by krita made it on the inside cover of the current issue of the scientific journal "Advanced Materials Interfaces" (Article: Unraveling the Dynamic Nanoscale Reducibility of CeOx–Ru in Hydrogen Activation). Since I'm not sure I'm allowed to post the cover here (copyright?), I can only provide a link at the moment. I'm not an artist but a scientist, so there is a lot of room for improvement for my artists skills . Nevertheless I'm very happy with the result I was able to produce by (or perhaps due to) krita. It is very handy and easy to use, even for a beginner. Thank you for providing such a great tool as free software - rock on!! |

Cool, keep training, it's possible to be a scientist and an artist ! (I know because I am )
Personally I prefer to use Blender or Inkscape for scientific diagrams, but krita is cool too (and your illustration looks cool too, a bit old school maybe !)
