I received monday the books I've printed for the role playing game I wrote the the last 5 years. All written and conceived with free/libre open source software (mainly krita and scribus, but also inkscape, gimp, mypaint and blender).
I began the poject with mypaint, but switched to krita at the middle (for cmjk support, in prevision of printing). This is the only illustration I did both in mypaint and krita: (I think it has alredy been posted here) The funny fact about gimp, is that it was never directly used in the process. But I used a lot of gimp brushes to do the cover in Krita. Scribus is still needed for the layout, as far as I know, it's the only open source software that can produce pdf-X for printing. Thanks to the developers
