Your image link is not complete, try something like:

[thumb=740]your_full_image_address_with_extension_like_.jpg[/thumb]

The image is too large I realize now.

The number in "thumb=740" is meant to limit the size in the post to 740px which is the limit regardless of the actual size of your image.
