I would also like to add that i fricken' love Krita!

The Beast waited in the forest for the children to come, it's malevolent grin made even more sinister by the forest light highlighting it's wicked teeth. The children would come to know it as a rusted car when they grew -up but in their younger years the fantasy of 'The Beast' would always be a fond memory that scared them on a late Sunday afternoon when there was nothing to do but dream and have fun.

This was a great project to work on and I loved the Gothic nature of the vehicle . The bumper was the starting point really and this became the focal point for the piece with everything branching out from there. It is a hybrid from a number of vehicles nut the bumpers on the cars from the 40's and 50's really have a lot of personality.
