hello,
I wanted to make an full illustration with krita since a long time. Now that it is stable enough, I gave it a try again. And it was worth the try ! it's probably my best image ever There are still things I want to improve, but oh well, if I spend more time on that image, my eyes will fall from my skull For the painting, I used the pixel brush with various fading settings, and pressure set on opacity. The ability to tweak the pressure curve helped me a lot (In other apps the transprency becomes too opaque too quick for my taste). Krita behaved well for a beta version, I used ~30 layers @ 1025*1800 pixel without slowdown. I missed only a few features (transparency lock, paste in place, and perspective transformation), not as many as I though. Great job Krita devs ! |

Oh, wow! I didn't know that was possible with Krita... This definitely makes me want to start a dungeon rpg campaign

It's amazing what artists can do with Krita, and that many great artists choose to use it. If I were a Krita developer, I would feel proud.
Stunning, please continue to share your drawings.

Thanks all
25-30 hours I'd say, at 2-3 hours per days. Usually I don't work so long on an image, but there was always little details disturbing me |

This is brilliant! I know some art students with painting pallets that are currently using Photoshop - I wonder if they'd be interested in Kirta? [Downloads this image to show them]

Really awesome job!
I'm still having a hard time deciding between Gnome and Kde (Ubuntu and Kubuntu) as they both have their ups and downs, as well as promising future.

As much as I hate to point this out, what with this being a simply awesome image and all... but is her left leg a little... disjointed?
