Cool, Cyrille!

Please, don't practice more because you might become really good artist and we need you to code actually.

Which brush engines did you use?
How did you make the grass and the tree content?
The hill was done with hairy brush?

I really love the texture of the hill in the background and the tree trunk itself. I'm curious how you did it though. It seems softer than the hairy brush...

The hill and sky were done with hairy brush. It was done by alternating between the NORMAL and ERASE mode. As for the leaves and grass, it is the power of a good sets of predefined brushes. Which would be wonderful to ship with Krita, but due to weird license, we can't :(

What set would that be? Sure we may not be able to copy them, but we can always create a set that is *cough* "inspired" by them...

True :)

The grass brush set is this one:

And I think the leaves brush set is this one:

This one can be useful for drawing forest (not used in this image):

Interesting... they have a nice "softness" about them that looks like the brush bristles are anti-aliased. (Any chance of getting that Lukas? ;D ) I just looked at the larger version, and I don't see it there, so I can only assume that it's a byproduct of scaling it down.

Still... nice effect, and nice drawing!

As adam said, check the bristle option. It is off by default.
