It's a nice idea! I think the main issue is the composition: there's not much going on in the background so you should crop a part of it out. It's also a little too blurry, you could sharpen it up a bit.

I had a look at your gallery and Dream of Life is gorgeous! That's an example of imaginative composition, so you can do it.

This is gorgeous! The colour scheme really works for me, especially the stripes on his cape. Not entirely sure what the light blue is (some kind of energy thing taking over his body?), but I love the way the glow starts to envelope him and the blurry reflective floor.
