I find it easier to share the .kra file, than to tell you how I did it (because of my poor English). But, of course, I going to comment of this technique, but later... :)

Wow , the technique is very very interesting, it creates a good and rich texture,. it reminds a bit to Enki bilal, on the style, Congrats for the image, :o ^-^

Oh, I was fascinated by his style! But this is just an experimental work, so I did not think first about the specific appearance... :)
