SpeedPainting of Carbone, a french character created by FacteurXIII http://facteurxiii.blogspot.com/
Only thing I did with Gimp was playing with the color balance (the drawing was made in black&white tones on krita). I don't know if I can do that with Krita... |

Nice composition! Reminds me of the enemies in Tron Legacy... Or a female "Darth Vader" without the cape

Nice speed-paint;
As for the color balance, I think you can find what you need in Filters->Adjust… if not, then add a feature request |

Filter -> Adjust -> Color Adjustment curves...
I often use it as a filter layer, but - I can not edit this layer after press "OK" button. May be it is already fixed, i use build from May 1 (I must finish some work in it, then I going to recompile a last one). Despite the inconvenience, this workflow allows me to draw in lower layer in gray-scale and immediately see the result. But, of course, the impossibility to edit Color Adjustment filter layer is some times very upsets. I think it's a bug... |

Hm... If you activate the filter layer and press the properties icon (the one with the sheet of paper and pencil in the layerbox) then you get the filter dialog back. But there _is_ a bug, the current settings of the filter layer aren't loaded into the dialog. I've created a bug in bko: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275953
