It is my first experience in Krita and i must say that it is amazing! I'm using Windows so the first version is not very fast and has some bugs, but i hope in future it'll be one of my main apps !

I'd say that the most similar phrase in English is "Every cloud has a silver lining." That one about cats and skins is just... weird! Anyway, I love the style. It's nice to see a cartoonist around and posting! The looks on their faces are priceless.

I've found another one version of proverb "A tuft of hair from a mangy mare", it is the closest one.
