Hello and welcome to the Monthly Drawing Challenge of February 2016! (One year since the first one! *confetti*)
HaS and paragon won last month's challenge.
The exact results can be found at viewtopic.php?f=277&t=130346

This month's topic is:

Sunbeam

As always, use the hashtag #kritachallenge to talk about this challenge.

--==How the challenge works==--

The topic changes every month. Every image should be somehow related to the current topic.
It would be nice, if you could also add an explanation, how it is related to the topic, if you think that it is not clear from the image alone.

You can submit your image until the 22th of February, 12:00 pm (noon) UTC, by posting an image as answer in this thread.
For posting images, the same rules as in the Gallery section apply.

Collaborative works are allowed.

After the drawing phase, a poll will be created and forum users can vote for the winner.
The poll will run for 7 days, the winner will be the one with the most votes until the end of the poll.

The winner will have the privilege to choose the topic for the March challenge!
When there are multiple winners, every winner chooses a topic, which are then merged into the final challenge topic.

Wow, unexpected! :D, thanks for the votes people, I think the other two entries were really neat and clever too!

Jmf, I was thinking, If I were to re-post a picture here from someone that wants to participate but feels reluctant to make an account in this forums, would still be possible to add them to the poll?
I was thinking on extending the challenge on the G+ group (I help as a moderator there), and probably we can increase the participation. What do you think, let me know if possible so I can announce it there.

Oh an by the way, I propose for the next month Fan-Art-Remix, I know lots of people enjoy doing those : )

Re-posting drawings of people who want to participate but don't want to register on the forum is a good idea. :)
Just post the image together with the artist's name and possibly description etc., I'll add it to the polls then, starting from next month's challenge.

Thanks, let us see if this works, my only worry is to post the actual picture since the forums are kind of picky :D with G+ pics. Thus hopefully I can manage.
