I've installed for testing purposes a Kdenlive 15.08.1 from the Kubuntu CI stable ppa on my Kubuntu 15.04 system. Now when I click somewhere in the timeline I see a small blue rectangle in the time ruler moving to the position corresponding to where I was clicking. However, the vertical playhead line with its white downpointing triangle doesn't move at all. Using the Home/End keys I see the tiny blue rectangle hopping to a new position, but not the playhead. Is this intended new behavior?

However, the blue rectangle doesn't move anymore when I use the cursor keys to move frame by frame. Has this been completely be changed? Keys are set up as always. So is this expected behavior??

And finally: while Kdenlive detects my ShuttlePro jog shuttle dial which I also properly set up with my desired functionality, nothing happens when I use either shuttle, dial, or buttons. Nothing, nada. Not even the blue rectangle moves. Key commands are never executed. Nada, nüscht. Is this a bug going to be fixed? Or did I do something stupidly wrong?

I've filed a bug report on all this but so far got exactly no response. So that's why I'm asking here if I may have missed some important change in Kdenlive I need to take care of in order to get my installation working.
