Hello!

I'm a long time Kdenlive user and really love this editing program! Great work! - Tho there is one feature that I'm missing a lot in my projects, which is automatic audio separation when dragging the video file onto the timeline.

In other editors like sony vegas or premiere pro, it automatically separates the audio tracks. So if you have 2 audio channels in your video, it adds 2 audio tracks and separate them. This would be a very nice feature in Kdenlive!

Do you mean when we have a 5.1 audio in a video clip it generates 6 mono audio tracks when we drag the video to the timeline? Or 2 mono audio tracks by a clip contains stereo audio?
