That is normal. It is mostly complaining about non compliant files, however they do not affect it.

Has Qt Designer been affected?

You will need to use an external site such as imageshack.us for hosting images, as uploading attachments was disabled here for security reasons.

If you hover your mouse over where the menu items normally are, to depressions become visible? If they are, try clicking. The menu should appear ( although it might be blank ). If this happens try launching designer like so:
Code: Select all
designer --style plastique

The only other thing I can think of, is that the KDE components are compiled aganist a different version of Qt, thus causing an incompatiblity. The only way to resolve this is to use a backports repository to install both Qt 4.4.x and KDE from.

when the mouse hover over it ... only a blank area of size of 'File' is only able to visible is
Code: Select all
designer --style plastique

this is not working it says --style could not be opened as it consider it as a ui file ..

Backports repositories are provided by your Distribution usually. openSUSE has the build service for instance. Searching on their Wiki or Forums will probably return information about these repositories and how to use them.

If you installed Qt in a non standard location ( ie. not /usr ), have you exported LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
