Issue with KDE 4.1 and two monitors

Hello I have two monitors connected to my computer, on regular monitor and one lcd-tv, when I boot my computer, kdm appears on my monitor, btu when I log in, KDE 4.1 treats my lcd-tv as the primary monitor by placing the panel etc on my lcd-tv, but when I launch something, it appears on my monitor kopetes popups also appears on my monitor, how do I fix this?[/b]

With only the panel affected, that means it is / could be a plasma bug. Apart from plasma is anything else affected?

Looks like the panel, and the thing in the upper right corner, but aside from that, all windows etc opens up on the right monitor.

Yes, but that thing in the upper corner is still on my lcd-tv...

EDIT, and panel gets moved back to my lcd-tv at every login.
