is "PRIVATE" and cannot be viewed?

Hmm. That video was not allways private. I found that video and added it to the manual. I guess there is no way of figuring out who owns it and ask them to make it public again. Very strange that they would make such a video private. I wonder if it is a youtube glitch.

Unfortunately, I only translated into Russian. The author did not leave their contact details, - so figure out the problem with the video so far. I also noticed the strangeness of "private" browsing. If the site administrator navyydem the author - try to fix it.

Well the Support menu - http://www.kdenlive.org/support has a link to the userbase.kde.org manual.

I guess j-b-m could add more direct links to the web site menus if someone aked him to.

The support page says
"This online documentation is being integrated into Kdenlive's help that is distributed with the binary packages."
but I am not sure this is really happening.

When installing Kdenlive under Gnome (eg Ubuntu) - this documentation (F1) unfortunately is not available because it uses KDE Help Center...
