Hey guys, I'm having immense brush lag in as low resolution as 2350 * 1000. And what's more troubling is I'm using the brushes at their default sizes. Except for few brushes, I'm having serious lag in almost every brush. My system spec is quite okay for the painting purposes. Ive an intel i5, 10 gigs of ram and a 2 GB 650 ti card. I use wacom intous 4. And I'm new to krita, so I was also wondering if I can allocate more memory for krita to use. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, that sounds like a pretty okay system to work on, and quite a small image size. Did you get the 32 or 64 bits package? x64 is to be preferred since it performs much better because it makes use of vectorization. You can also try to enable OpenGL for better performance.
