Krita installed on one of computers, I have access to, has a very annoying bug: there is no shortcut for color picker available.
For years I got used to press CTRL to do it (fast picking of color underneath the cursor), but this time it is impossible. When I press CTRL, the cursor disappears
and I cannot do anything about that. I cannot define CTRL as shortcut in 'preferences'.
I try to reinstall KRITA but with no effects. :(

I use the most recent version available (KRITA v2.8 beta 2) on Win7 64-bit version.
This computer has:
-Intel Core i5-3470 @3.20 Mhz
-4 GB RAM
-Intel HD-Graphics (onboard)

Any suggestions/help, please???

In fact, ctrl is the default shortcut to pick colors... Your canvas input settings might be messed up. Go to edit/resources/open resources folder. Close Krita. In the explorer window remove the folder called "input". Now krita should work fine again. This folder contains a definition for all the canvas input settings and because these are beta's the file changes a lot, which is why you should remove it on updating.

Now, in krita, the settings/configure krita/Canvas input settings page has a section called "Alternate Invocation". Here you can define shortcuts for picking colors. THe default is "ctrl + left button" for picking the foreground color from the merged image.

Hi, thanks boudewijn for the hint :) but i have a problem:

Redefined shortcuts in "Canvas Input Settings"(Alternate Invocation, Change Primary Setting etc.) didn't work after restart Krita, work default config, I think Krita didn't load profiles from config file(from resources folder, input dir) on start, but save config in that files on shutdown, i test it.

By the way "Profile" dropdown field on this tab("Canvas Input Settings") not load saved before profiles: i create profile with button "Edit Profile" by duplicate Krita Default profile and rename, it's saved in resource folder in "input" dir as "somename.profile", but after restart Krita the list of profile names in that dropdown menu consume only one default profile - Krita Default.

And last - shortcuts configurated by "Settings > Configure shortcuts..." work correct

My system is Windows 7 x64
