You used default predefined brushes for your presets. It seems someone (i guess Animtim) renamed/removed some of them. I suggest you to use your own predefined brushes. I did it in this way for my presets. |

Well, I do not quite understand what you mean exactly. What I am to do there? I have installed a couple of various brush sets from different people, just to make comfortable workflow. I don't have any brushes done by myself (so far). And there are some "crosses" over some of them, regardless of the author. ![]() Here is one of those "invalid" brushes, a sample ("BS_Blocking_square.kpp" by Bartosz Styperek, I guess - http://bartoszstyperek.wordpress.com/20 ... eferences/) ![]() So, what is wrong with it, anyway ? ![]() ![]() |

If there's a X over a preset, most likely the brush tip is missing. We did do some cleanup, so older presets that we no longer ship might be broken.
If presets that use tilt or rotation are broken, that is a bug. It's already in bugs.kde.org, but we haven't got a fix yet. |

But there is a brush tip on the screen (below "Airbrush" option) - it is shown as big black rectangle. ![]() ![]() Am I missing something? ![]() Besides, there are some quite recent brushes with that "cross", for example "Basic Airbrush" from Pablo Cazorla brushpack: ![]() Doesn't it good anyway? But is marked as invalid? I am curious *how* you guys have cleaned up the brushes. Sorry for bother you, but I am just interested what is going on there.... |

Drayldan,
That's mostly for Animtim and Deevad to answer ![]() |

As ever more, Krita is a joy to use! I've noticed that the Krita Error Reporter appears and tells me that Krita closed unexpectedly every time I close the program, whether using the 'x' or the file menu. It also can't restart Krita on its own, it just brings up a window telling me to try manually.

It was happening to me too on windows 8, then after upgrading to windows 8.1 it suddenly desappeared and never saw it again.

That might explain it, since I've been holding off upgrading to 8.1.
