==WIN32/Vista Home Premium/Krita 2.8.3.0==

(Example)
The layer is x=400px / y=400px
I guess Krita thinks the exact center is x=200px / y=200px
How can I place a brush or cursor at EXACTLY that number?
It would be very useful to be able to set mirror axis and/or certain brushes there.
The grid is somewhat useful, but not very accurate.
Any ideas?

P.S.
Can someone tell me which file Krita shortcuts are kept in and its location? I opened Krita.rc and there are no shortcuts there. Shortcuts are critical to me and since it isn’t possible to save them the designated way and be certain they will remain there, I want to tinker with newly created ones by me in the file where they are kept.

There isn't any, however, there's currently changes being made to the mirror-axis tool. They are discussing to have a snap to center option.
