I just updated to krita_x64_2.8.79.21 hoping to get away from the sluggish performance issues I have been experiencing with krita_x64_2.8.79.17.

It does seem to be more responsive, but...

The brushes are reverting to default preset settings when I switch between them using "/".
I would prefer that they retain the size, opacity, etc. that I last used them at.

I frequently switch between the pencil brush and the soft eraser brush while sketching, and it completely breaks my workflow to have to resize my brush each time I switch between them.

Hm, there are two changes in this area:

* we try to save the brush size when toggling eraser mode with 'E'
* Mohit's summer of code work to make changes to presets 'sticky'

It's the latter that changed the default behaviour. If you go to the brush editor and check the box called "temporarily save tweaks to presets" it should work as before. I'll make sure the default for that is checked in the next build.

This version is much faster (on my machine at least).
