Testing Krita Version 2.9 Pre-Alpha (git 2669565)
Filter / Colors / Colors to Alpha works in revers for me. The Black Line Art turns transparent while the White paper remains opaque. A bug I suppose if this is confirmed. I am on a Win 8.1 machine. Henry Ståhle, Suéde |

It is a bug, but a little different than you think:
Look closely, the colour selector is set to black, not white, even though the default colour says it's white ![]() |

It is a bug, tried to reset the "default", no luck. It is the best tool of it's category. I often sketch and draw on paper and use this tool. It is far better that the one i Painter. But not right now, of course. |

I never said it wasn't a bug, but it's not within the filter itself: Thus, you can work around it. (Also, it prevents a haggard programmer from looking at the filter code, while the bug was somewhere else
![]() It actually had to do with a bug in the triangle colour selector, it's fixed in master by scottpetrovic. Just select 'white' with the triangle colour selector till new builds arrive. |
