Brush speed Win7 vs Linux Mint

Hi,

i maked a fresh install of linux mint today (3.13.0-37-generic #64-Ubuntu) and installed krita (btw the installation from here fails with missing essentials) to try out the speed on linux cause all are saying it is faster than win7.

For me it seems so:
On linux it is faster with 8bit layers
On Win7 it is faster with 32bit layers

The fastest layers of both seems quite comparable for me.
