Hello everyone,

Lately, on this forum, there have been some reports about Krita 2.9 being sometimes slow (sluggish) on Windows.

In the past days on the RawTherapee forum [1] a user posted a bug-report about Rawtherapee being completely unable to open a huge Tiff - 16 bit image (its size is around 180 Mb).
Since this Rawtherapee user posted a link regarding this same image, I have downloaded myself this image to test it ( just for the sheer fun of it )
In essence:
- Krita 2.9.1 - 64 bit (zip version) ;
- Windows 7 - 64 bit;
- CPU Intel I7 2630QM; RAM 8 Gb; GPU Nvidia Geforce GT540M (+ HDD 750 Gb).

To make it short, Krita 2.9.1 has been pretty fast to open this image [2] and to handle it later on (zoom in - out, rotate etc)
