Hello, i've asked about this on reddit and got directed here.

Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Some tools wont work until i open another document and switch tabs. That only fixes it for a one interaction.
And when i use transform tool for example, it wont resize until i switch tabs. Then, when i finish resizing layer, i switch to selection tool and whole canvas goes to upper left corner- in a way that only small part of lower right corner of a document is visible.
And than i can't pull it back in the middle. It acts as if it was attached on a rubber string. I can switch between tools and layers but nothing actually works.
When that happens, nothing can fix it, not even switching tabs so i have to save document and open it again to continue work.

Anyone knows what causes this and how can i address this issue?

p.s. it's not only transform and selection tools that caused this, and bug is 100% repeatable.

Hm, we just got a bug report for exactly the opposite: where the crop tool would stop working if you'd have more than one open document. I guess I know what I'll be spending tomorrow night on (Tonight is gaming night...)
